Package availability, dates, pricing, and inclusions are subject to confirmation.
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a confirmed booking.
A booking is only confirmed once:
We have confirmed availability and details in writing (email/WhatsApp), and
Any required deposit/payment has been received (where applicable).
Prices shown (if any) are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Pricing can vary based on season, location, group size, package choice, and availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices or package details at any time.
If you choose a Credit Safari Package, you will select upgrades/add-ons from the available options. Final inclusions are confirmed in writing after we review your selections, dates, and availability.
Credit and add-on options may be updated from time to time.
Safari activities involve outdoor travel and may include inherent risks. By booking, you accept that:
Weather, wildlife movement, and conditions can affect activities and outcomes.
You are responsible for following guide instructions and safety rules.
You should have appropriate travel insurance and medical cover.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 13).
We do not guarantee specific results, sightings, or outcomes. Wildlife behavior, conditions, and other factors are unpredictable.
Where wording such as “success” is used, it refers to our professional planning and guiding and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
International guests are responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, travel, firearm/permit (if applicable), and health requirements. We can assist with guidance, but the final responsibility remains with the guest.
If we accept online payments or deposits, you agree to provide accurate payment details. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as [YOCO / other] and are subject to their terms.
We do not store full card details on this Site.
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the package and the booking terms provided at the time of confirmation.
All content on this Site (text, images, branding, logos, and design) belongs to Huntopia Outfitters or is licensed for use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
You agree not to:
